8th Grade Events!
Mark them on your calendar
The following 8th grade activities have been calendared! Information will be coming in the next few weeks in terms of volunteer and donation needs. Permission slips will also be coming home soon for the overnight field trip.
May 31-June 1 is the overnight in Occidental, CA
June 6 is the dinner dance at Claremont Middle School
June 7th is promotion at the Mormon temple (in the afternoon)
To allow all eligible students to go, and put on a fantastic end of year experience for our 8th graders we are asking for volunteers and donations.
Volunteer: We have the following opportunities available.
-Chaperone for the overnight(5/31-6/1)
-Sit at ticket booths for the dance and promotion(during lunches at end of May)
-Set up/clean up for dinner/dance
-Materials such as brochure and other awards for promotion (good if you have knowledge of publisher or the like)
Donations: We already know of the following donation needs for the overnight: Sliced meat, bread, cheese, condiment
