Hello Claremont Families.
This is Mr. Mayer with NEW INFORMATION about Material Distribution. Due to Air Quality Issues, Material Distribution will now be a “Drive Through/ Walk-up ” pick up of materials. There are also now new locations for these pickups. First and foremost, everyone must wear a mask and maintain social distancing. You will have a few options:
1. You can walk up and pick up the items from the tables or
2. You can open up your trunk and we will put the materials into your trunk.
Unfortunately, due to safety reasons, we are not permitted to pass items through car windows.
6th Grade Families: COLLEGE AVENUE PICKUP. Please come down College NORTH from the Bart station toward Trader Joes and we will have tables ready for you on the school side of the street.
7th and 8th-grade families: MILES AVE PICK UP AT THE GATE: You will drive down Miles, and at the Miles Gate there will be signage and tables.
Here are the Friday pick up times:
12:00 -1:30 6th and 7th graders
2:00-3:00 8th grade.
On Saturday, pick up times are:
9-10:00 am for sixth graders
10:30-11:30 for 7th graders and from
12:00-1:00 for 8th graders.
Does your student need a backpack? We have a limited supply of backpacks that were donated to our school and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you do have a backpack, we recommend you bring it on Friday or Saturday so you can put your materials directly into the backpack and keep the materials clean.
If your student is still in need of a Chromebook to use, please email both your Grade level dean AND Mrs. Anderson so that we can coordinate a pick-up time on Friday or Saturday.
