- 5:30 – 5:55: CMS families & staff mingle on the yard near the field.
- Classroom visits will begin promptly at 6pm and parents will go to their student’s period 1 class followed by period 2, etc. with 7 mins per class and 5 minutes for changing classrooms. Use your maps to help find your student’s classrooms. Teachers will have an opportunity to introduce themselves and give an overview of their class. There will be a parking lot sheet for questions, and a FAQ Page will be shared via ParentSquare within 1 week.
- 7:37 – 8:00: After period 8 is over, Mr. Moore and the Leadership Team will be available in the COURTYARD to answer any general questions. Families will also have an opportunity to learn more about the PTA, the SSC, volunteering, buy a school t-shirt, and more.
While we understand that some families may need to bring their students with them due to childcare needs, there will be no supervision and your student will be expected to accompany you to all of their classes.
