This year we hope to reward students who are on time to their classes throughout the week.
Every Friday, students who have less than three tardies are invited to participate in Turn-up Friday during their 6th period Advisory class. This can be a game on the yard, a movie in a classroom, or different stations among grade levels.
Are there any parents willing to host a station on a Friday afternoon? Do you have any contacts in the community that could join us for a Friday? A big wish would look like having some CAL football players visit and sign autographs. A small-scale activity like face painting, arts and crafts, or leading a soccer game, would be appreciated as well.
