Hello Claremont Families. We are off to a great start and I hope that your child and family have had a great first week of school.
I wanted to let you know that this coming Friday and Saturday we will be handing out Claremont Planners for all students, math workbooks, and other supplies for all students. Here are the times to come and pick up materials:
Friday, August 21st:
12:00 – 1:30 pm 6th & 7th grade
2:00 – 3:00 pm 8th grade
Saturday, August 22nd:
9:00 – 10:00 am 6th grade
10:30 – 11:30 am 7th grade
12:00 – 1:00 pm for 8th grade
Our Attendance has been incredible this first week of school with over 98% of our enrolled students coming to class all five days, including our grade level assemblies on Monday and our whole school assembly this past Friday.
Speaking of attendance, this month’s attendance focus is student readiness for distance learning. We’re here to partner and provide tools needed for success! Please communicate with your grade level dean or Mrs. Anderson when facing challenges.
Also, be sure to sign the online attendance pledge posted on the Registration Forms. Participating schools will be entered into a monthly attendance drawing to virtually meet a very special guest, and other great prizes!
Finally, I want to remind everyone that this next week will still be a part of our “Soft School Start” as we prepare students to be ready for our first full day of classes and curriculum, starting on August 24th.
