The Claremont Middle School flag football team remained unbeaten on Saturday by defeating Edna Brewer, 13-6. The Knights are now 4-0 on the season (their only blemish was a defeat in a practice game). The team’s accomplishments are even more remarkable given that practices have been limited recently due to the birth of Coach Doubley’s son.
After Saturday’s game, Coach Doubley told his players he couldn’t be more proud of them. The Knights play again this Saturday, Nov. 7.
